we do give exception


because i love rain, and
you
i have come this way
and the trees that
have not come this way before
today  follow
and i let them without question,  as i
let you love me un-questioned,  so too
the rain

we do  give
exception to  rain,  to its
loving of wind,  and its movement
in loving and i would love
this way - as wind, as the
rain loves us and  too the
trees today
