the precipice i walk

i hold a cataclysmic catheism
in my lap - counting on prospective indulgences
to do my saving

Can God ever forgive me? for
loving you - forgive me - for allowing you residence so high
in my steepled heart...

i can-not worship beneath stained glass
nor can i worship between a daylight and  dawning
on such it is the precipice i walk,
on such without postulated prudence, for

Is it not true?  that
Wisdom loves her lover as the violet
loves the sweet warmth from
the wintered window - borrowed or bought
bathed and blessed

  5. Its not always the Church where you worship... or in the memories of day and night... for you to worship, it requires you to live in this 'now' which comes to you through soul....

God, ofcourse will forgive you... can you? For loving her as deep as you did. But then why did you love her? For Reciprocation of that deep love? If that is the case then you dont know love, just lust. Love is not a word but a state of being in 'now'.

I loved it my friend, thanks for invoking such heartfelt response within.

  8. It's been too long since I've made it over to your site, and it's my loss,as I know I have been missing gems such as this. I always admire your constructions the words always coloring so specifically and metaphorically the substance of the poem. Wonderful.

  11. Sometimes I am entirely certain that God is calling me to perform some activity. No matter who around me is for, or even if all are against...I must carry out what I've been told.

Right or wrong, never a devastation. God does know what He is doing--I believe.

    Another little masterpiece, Barbara!
    PEACE!
