Bond Girl

She was a Bond Girl
packing six inch stilettos,
and a well padded breast plate-

She was a Feng Shui master,
trained in the art of placing in a man's mind
visions of good fortune
and happy family-

Intrigued,
I followed her steps across the wooden floor
of the antique shop;
she turned to light my cigarette; I fell -

She was a double agent

  4. Bkm this poem is great. It had intrigue, suspense, sultriness and in the end deception. It is a perfect tribute to the 007 lifestyle. Well done.

  5. Double agent woman
Are we not all double agent
    For our looks never
    Tell us what we do

This was a great intro to a book or short story.

    Thanks

  9. Good images. Liked the 's' sounds in the poem which echo with the 'sh' of spying. I just wonder: with the content and the image of the Bond girl would 'mistress' be more appropriate than 'master' in the second stanza?
